  • Contraindications and side effects :

Contraindications for FIRMZON are the same as for the majority of mesotherapy applications: Skin infections, herpes, skin cancer, psoriasis, autoimmune diseases, anticoagulant treatments, during allergic episodes and pregnancy. Potential side effects are minimal and disappear quickly. There are few side effects and in most cases these are minor and reversible. 
- Allergies. FIRMZON's ingredients present no risk of allergic reaction. In the case of mesotherapy using procaine, there may be a slight allergic reaction. Possible reactions are mostly skin rashes that disappear after 2 or 3 days. In the event of an allergic reaction of any kind, treatment should be discontinued immediately.
- Depending on the sensitivity of the area to be treated, patients who are sensitive to pain may use a mild sedative and apply ice to the area.
- Itching, burning, swelling, redness, etc., may occur and can usually be treated using a conventional antihistamine cream.
- In spite of the precautions taken, some bruising may occur. This will normally disappear two or three days after treatment.
